DO I NEED TO RSVP IN ADVANCE?

Yes, LYRIQ test drive availability is extremely limited. Test drives will ONLY be available to those that RSVP in advance and receive the confirmation that their reservation has been accepted.

HOW LONG WILL MY TEST DRIVE TAKE?

Due to the high demand and limited availability, LYRIQ test drive experiences are limited to 20 minutes in duration. Consumers are welcome to arrive to the Cadillac Dealership early or stay after their LYRIQ test drive experience to learn more about the LYRIQ or any of the other vehicles in Cadillac’s line-up.

CAN I TRANSFER MY RESERVATION TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Test drive reservations are transferable. Please e-mail Program Headquarters at questions@drivelyriq.com with any name changes to your reservation

CAN I BRING A GUEST WITH ME?

Guests are allowed however given the limited availability, only one member of your party will be allowed to drive the vehicle on the prescribed route.

WILL THERE BE OTHER CADILLAC MODELS AVAILABLE FOR TEST DRIVE THE DAY OF MY LYRIQ TEST DRIVE?

While your reservation location, date, and time are specific to the LYRIQ, consumers are welcome to test-drive any available models in your identified Dealers inventory before or after your LYRIQ experience.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO TEST DRIVE?

Consumers will need to have a confirmed reservation, be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY TEST DRIVE?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your test drive, please e-mail Program Headquarters at questions@drivelyriq.com. Note, test drive availability is very limited. As a result, we may not be able to accommodate your change request.
